I went to get a signature massage with my boyfriend and we showed up early. We were to get in the steam room first, but they turned it on right when we were to get in there, and turned it off after 15 minutes when you're supposed to be in there for 30, so the room wasn't even warm, let alone steamy. I have never been there before and I don't know what they do during a back treatment ( that was part of the massage), so when she didn't do anything to my back, I wasn't sure what to expect. After I paid and left, my boyfriend was telling me about the back treatment they did for him. Then I realized the woman didn't do anything and I paid extra money for nothing. I don't think I'll be going back there.
