We had our entire roof redone by Dr.Roof and after two years a leak took place. Not only the repair was late, the personal un-announced (no appointment was made prior the visit), the damage not covered by the 25 years warranty so praised at the time of the installation, we had to deal with rude (even insulting at some point) customer service. In the course of our remodeling, it was our first encounter with such a poor and rude service. This company does not stand by the standards that they set at the time of the sale, basically has no customer service and finally but not least is unreliable.
