My family found this hotel quite by accident while visiting Daytona Beach at Christmas time. We were looking for a room with a view of the ocean at a reasonable rate. We struck gold with the Bahama House.
A couple of clues told me much about the place. For one thing, I noticed numerous Christmas cards posted behind the counter. Also, the gentleman who showed us the room obviously enjoyed working there and was very proud of it.
We were given a very good rate which included a happy hour and continental breakfast. The hotel boasts a very nice pool and hot tub. Adjacent to the reception area is cozy area with a big screen tv for guest use.
Our room was very roomy with a kitchenette.
I hope we have the opportunity to return. I highly recommend this hotel.
