Poor Customer Service 12/19/2006

My first appointment was at 7:45 in the morning and they almost an hour late. I was sitting in the office while name after name was called. They clearly over book their schedule. My wife need to get some information from her prior dentist for a procedure and forgot. However when she called to confirm the day before and asked about it she was told that they were going to call her latter in the day. Keep in mind it was 4:00 when she called. There was never any follow up with her in regards to this and she was rudely told that it was her responsibility. Customer service was very poor? more
