I went to Jennifer to to help change my diet and lose weight (about 10 pounds). I didn't want to try a ""fad"" diet that would only work for a few weeks- I wanted a nutritionist to tailor a life-long eating plan for me that would include healthy foods that I liked. Jennifer was wonderful. She went through my current diet with me and came up with many healthier choices. Not only did she guide me with many healthy substitutions, she also went over a lot of misconceptions that I had about dieting. She spent a lot of time helping me and also sent me additional information between visits. I lost the 10 pounds and feel great! I would highly recommend Jennifer as a nutritionist-she is very informative, very positive and fun to work with.- Wendy
