Body and Balance health center & spa has change my life for the better! I started going to Dr. Nazilla about a year ago for Chiropractic adjustments and deep tissue massages. Ever since then my overall health has improved greatly. It is a very warm and welcoming environment. Both co-owners, Nazilla and Colin, are very compassionate in helping others achieve a sense of harmony. They are extremely kind, friendly, and giving people who genuinely care about making other peoples lives happier and healthier! Both are very educated in health, not only in the human body, but in animals as well!! They are very pet friendly, and welcome everyone that walks through their doors. I have been to many spa and health centers in my life, but I have never felt as genuinely cared for, nor recieve such great services as Body and Balance provides. I'm hooked on this spa for good!!
Pros: the services offered are wonderful and the environment is peaceful and calming
Cons: I wish they were open on Sundays!
