I AM SO GLAD THAT I HAVE MOVED. If you are considering this place, DON'T....the office manager is a nightmare! She is so evil, it truly hard to understand....when I first moved in I thought all was great, large apartment for pretty good price, nice balcony that looks on the duck pond...then i met a neighbor and they were just so enraged with the office manager that they were leaving their lease early, and the reason they left was due to JJ. I have come to understand exactly what they meant.....met another person who was moving for the same reason, JJ. The hot water goes out ALL the time....and I truly do mean all the time...they put these unprofessional letters on the doors all the time apologizing, saying thing would be back up soon but STILL hot water was out....when the hot water is working, the cold water is hot, brushing your teeth with hot water is never nice....there was a large part of the grass dug up for the longest time because they were trying to find a ""water leak"" and they had these ugly orange fences to cover the gapping holes in the ground, there was mud all over the parking lot, it was terrible. Any time I have had an issue and had to call the office, I dreaded it because that devil woman would answer the phone, (if she ever did answer the phone) she was rude, unhelpful and just down right SNIPPY. My new place is very nice, it is amazing how much a good management team can make! Believe me, you will want out of your lease a month after living here. DON'T DO IT!
Pros: the duck pond
Cons: THE MANAGER JJ- SHE IS TERRIBLE
