You walk in and they greet you with smiles and all of the staff seem eager to help without being pushy at all. It's a great gym with very good energy. Open airy and very clean. I love the equipment and the programs. Plus they have towels and locker room supplies... shampoo, soap, conditioner, deodorant, air spray, mouthwash...\r
I think it's the best gym in the area.
