This place is a jewel. The service is warm and welcoming, the atmosphere stimulating without being too loud for conversation. Chef Daniel Angerer is extremely talented and creative. After a few visits, standouts for me include an elegantly prepared lamb shank, a rich and refined macaroni and cheese with lobster, and an exceptionally done fresh pasta with roasted cherry tomatoes and olives. Among desserts, the baumkuchen is not to be missed. The price range is lower than one would expect for this level of quality. A well-balanced wine list (a bottle of Chateau de Fieuzal was superb) tops it off.
