To be certain, the food is good. However, the prices are not aligned with the quality of the food. One thing to remember is that this is basically a pub for the Sewickley gentry. If spending $17 on a steak sandwich is a reasonable purchase for you, then by all means eat here. If you think that $30 for a steak is out of line, then you're not going to be happy here. $7 for a raspberry beer? $10 for a hamburger? $6 for the privilege of splitting a dish?\r
To pay $75 for two people to dine at a bar where there are racial epithets carved into the filthy bathroom walls seems a bit unreasonable to me. Perhaps it's a charming experience for the gentry to come down to the village and ""slum it"" with us residents. I, however, am unimpressed.
Pros: Food is good, atmosphere is kind of charming
