This isn't your average cookie cutter Chinese joint. Szechwan cuisine, with an emphasis on seafood so fresh you'll forget you're in the Prairie. The prices can't be beat either. You can get more than enough to stuff two, and have left overs, for under $30.\r

My personal favorite dishes here are the muscles in ginger sauce and beef chow fun. The portions are huge, and you can taste the years of experience in every meal. Not many places can boast remarkable fried rice, but it's like an artform at Shuang Cheng.
