Wow, what an experience this company continues to give me. I have been working 18 hour days and stressed out in my business and STAR has changed my outlook on fitness. I am in incredible shape, eat right and look great, my wife thinks so too ;) Another great asset is that they come to me. With my schedule time is of the essence and no gym is needed, they come to my house or office and take care of me. Adam the owner is definitely the best trainer I have ever had and I have had a lot. STAR has completely turned my life around and I know that things will only become better from here on out. Definitely recommend this company to all you in need of a trainer!
