This place is definitely not worth the head ace and drama that the renter has to go through. The maintenance is GARBAGE, the Management is GARBAGE and most of all the Owners are worthless. This place is worse than the money pit. The owners just want that rent money and they can care less about the black people that are living in this hell hole. The maintenance guy's (cheap Mexican laborers) won't fix nothing because they don't know how, hell they don't even speak English. Some will still your shiiiiit if you leave it out. The front office is even worst, they are at the point were they won't even give you a good excuse for no repairs. They will tell you straight up ""I will put a ticket in on it but they probably won't fix it"".
Pros: some of the appliances are new. Thanks to hurricane Katrina and Government grants (FEMA).
Cons: This building is old, the plumbing, electricity, cable, A/C & heating don't work well or most of the time. Holes in the walls and ceilings.
