I think the people are great at Metro Surveillance. I have a restraunt and car dealership in the providence area. I was having issues with employee theft and productivity and this seems to have solved my problem. No longer are my employees just standing around because now I can dial into my video system and actually see what is happening from home!
Pros: Great Customer service and follow up!
Cons: None that I can think of.
