Let me start by saying that I am their customer, yet they harassed me! My son's girlfriend put down my phone number as a contact. When her payment was three days late they calling me at 8:00 am looking for her. After explaining it was only 8:00 am and even if she was here, I was not inclined to conduct a phone conversation with a collection agent at 8:00 and to please not call here again, I hung up. The next day at 8:11 am they called again. This time of course the conversation was more combative. After explaining again that this was not ""her"" phone number and not to call ""me"" again, the man said that because she had put down my phone number as a contact, he would continue to call at his discretion. ""What""? Let me speak to your supervisor. His response... You have no business with this office and no right to go over my head! ""What""? If I have no business with your office then why do you have the right to harass me? Because you are listed as a contact! It goes on and on from there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Cons: Idiots more
