So the computer on which I'm now typing this review decided to take a nap of indefinite length, and my attemps to revive it only worsened the damage. Found Steve on some Internet listings (using someone else's computer), he came over quick and recovered data that I had written up as irretrievable, and submitted a fair bill. Threw in a lot of useful advice for free. Satisfying experience overall.
