Steve, at Quickbyte, has been helping me for several years. I?m impressed with his extensive and varied knowledge of both hardware and software. In addition, Steve is very personably and friendly. He has setup my wireless network, saved crashed systems, installed drives, video cards etc. He works quickly and with precision, which is important when you are paying for emergency services. In the past, I?ve installed hardware and operating systems on various systems, but now for anything that I have to figure out, I just call Steve. He does the job better than I could do. In the end he gives me what I need and saves me time and aggravation.
