Never Get the Sushi Buffet! First the quality of the sushi is terrible, very dry and tasteless. I ate as much as I could on the plate and had just a few pieces of maki left over because the quality was so bad that it made me lose my appetite. They have this policy , if you have leftover sushi, they will charge an extra $5. I can understand if I ordered another plate of sushi and left it there untouched, but this was my first plate and was really inedible to me. The waitress put the food down and walked away the rest of the night, without even asking how everything was. The bill came and they charged me the extra $5 without even telling me about it. I called my waitress over and tried to explain to her why I didn't eat it and she said ok and that she would be right back. She walked over to the cashier/hostess and told her the problem. After a good 5-10 minutes later, still nobody came over to my table to say anything to me, mind you there was only two other customers in the restaurant, so there was no excuse. I walked over to the cashier/hostess and politely tried to explain myself, she then pulled out a piece of paper and pointed at the policy and that if I didn't like it that I would have to speak with the manager Mr. Kim about it. So I did ask to speak with the manager. She then called me an ""a**hole"" underneath her breath and that's when I said ""Excuse me, what did you call me?"" Then the sushi chef came over and then he called Mr. Kim on his cell phone and when Mr. Kim answered he said somthing in their native toungue, which I could not understand, and then handed me the phone. Mr. Kim would not even let me say anything, instead saying that he didn't need my business and that he has other customers and that he didn't care and then hung up on me! I couldn't believe how the manager himself was so unprofessional. It's not even about the money issue it's more the priciple and attitude that they had that disgusted me even more. I will never go back!
