The owner of Liliya is a super-cool young woman who's had years and years of restaurant experience - and has created a place unlike any other in LA. Infused with an artistic sensibility, the space itself makes for a great dining experience, with sleek furniture, custom wall-art, everything selectively hand-picked, etc. The service is friendly and attentive without being over the top, and the food totally hits the spot. Classic Chinese cuisine at its best. Don't let the modern interior fool you, this place was created and is operated with a lot of heart and soul!
