Mark's is open (as of right now) 7 days a week, 11-7 most days, longer on Fridays, and is open Sat-Sun also. The customer service at Mark's goes above and beyond what I've seen at other comic book stores - he and many of his staff (we go there frequently and have dealt with most, if not all, of his staff) are willing to go the extra mile to find what we're looking for, even if it doesn't fall into the realm of things that he normally carries. Mark himself is very knowledgeable about all things comic-related.
