I called on Tuesday afternoon and requested new service for Thursday morning. The job was not able to go through, for non-related reasons, and I called to cancel service Wednesday morning at 9:00 am. I was not told of a cancellation fee, but quickly realized there was one when my credit card was charged $75 (probably more than the actual service would have been!). When I called to inquire, as surely this was an error (!) I was THEN told of the cancellation policy. So, because I cancelled 23 hours prior, as opposed to 24 hours, I was charged this fee. So much for good business! I had intended to use this company for several other projects, as we are a custom home builder, but now, perhaps not.
Pros: Friendly telephone demeanor
Cons: False sense of professionalism
