I felt that Dr. Shon did not listen to me. I have 44 years of history, and I know myself better than Dr. Shon, who had just met me for the first time. I felt like he acted like a ""know-it-all."" I began to cry while talking to Dr. Shon.....he was not warm, he did not offer me a tissue, and we lost all eye contact from that point on.
