I have been working out with Dove since she started out at Nautlis Plus. Even then, when she was probably no more than 16, her class was the star of the club. She is dedicated, innovative and knows exactly how to work out your body without causing injuries. In all of my travels, I have never found any workout to compare. If you go to this class, within weeks you will notice an improvement in your cardio fitness, strength and most important of course, in the way you look. I notice one reviewer said she was rude . . . it made me laugh. Everyone knows ""Dove has issues!"" (Which she points out whenever she takes time to perfectly line up the mats.) She has matured and mellowed over the years; you should have known her when she was 18!! Her class moves quickly and she is intensely focused. This is not a ""cumbaya"" class, it's for a serious work out--but there are lots of laughs and humor. There is no judgement as long as you do your best. Dove is brisk and commands your attention. Yet her good heart, charity work and focus, during her meditative cool-down, on gratitude reminds us of what's important . . . and that doesn't include a touchy/feely fitness expert.
Pros: Innovative, knowledgeable, not boring, challenging, easy parking, no hassel (if you need to modify an exercise accordingly, that's fine)
Cons: sore muscles the next day
