I just want to let everyone know that our experience at this studio was absolutely horrible. The photographer wasn't kid friendly at all. She had no patience, so many of the pictures were taken while we were in the process of getting in to place. She also had a very poor attitude. In my opinion if you are going to be a photographer you need to be as kid friendly as possible, due to the fact that children are going to be about 75% of your buisness. After we did the photo shoot we sat down to go through the pictures and for every picture that we would say we don't want her attitude would just get worse. Not to mention when I went in to pick up the pictures she was there and the entire time she was giving me nasty looks. I called and spoke with the manager about this and she had nothing to say and didn't try to compensate us in any way other than saying ""You can come back in and do another shoot"" by this point we had already spent $400 and really didn't feel like going back in and getting the same treatment that we received!!! The pictures that did turn out were great!! Our overall all experience was bad and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Absolutely no customer service from her at all!!!

Cons: Customer Service didn't exsist with her!!
