We've been to ASOBG several times, but this time my wife and I wanted to try something a little different, so we sat down for the Chef's Whim. Now typically we find these ""random"" entree dinners to be a mix of a few stars from the menu, combined with a few more average offerings; not this time - we were happily stunned. The experience started with an appetizer (pickled oyster, fried oyster, and a tuna wrapped delight) paired with a well matched sparkling white wine that managed to tease out more flavor from each taste; were the tastes themselves not enough, both the artful presentation and the orchestrated eating order made this first dish very memorable.
Pros: Outstanding food quality, attentive wait staff
Cons: Can be noisy
