I bought a used car on saturday, drove it home, and had major issues by the time I got home. Dealership claimed to not know about them...shows how sorry their technical staff is...then decided not to cover it because it was an older model used car. I would have accepted participation (50/50 split) on the costs, but they pretty much blew me off.
Pros: Quick transaction (or quicker than some I should say)
Cons: No desire for customer satisfaction or to take any ownership for issues with what they sell
