I had my hair highlighted with a young lady ( Laura) that appeared to know what she was doing.. She was pleasant enough.. She was fast and what I thought was efficient only to find that 2 days later while styling my hair at home I noticed the back of my head had LINES of color running across my head.. When I called to have it fixed, Laura took me back in and one comment she made to me was that "your hair covers the area". I told her it needed to be corrected and she tried not once but twice.. I really felt that I was putting her out by asking to have it done right. I left after her second attempt with hair still wrong. I am now going back in 2 days to have someone else try to correct her mistake even though I would rather have my money refunded and my hair corrected somewhere else but they dont want to do that .. I feel uncomfortable about returning.. I dont recommend this place. Very expensive mistake.! $ 95.00 error
