Catfish Curlys is the best unknown restaurant in Longmont. For authentic cajun food, you cannot go wrong. Their blackened catfish is awesome, their red beans and rice leave you fully satisfied and the seafood overall is great. The prices are a bit high, but for authentic cajun in Longmont it is worth the price.
