Dropped off three watches. Two for battery replacement, and one for crystal repair. Was promised them in 3 days. Went in to pick them up, and was told they would be ready in another two days. Went to pick them up, and they couldn't find them. Promised to call me the next day. No call. Waited two more days and called them. Was promised them the next day. This time I called first. They told me they would be ready the next day. Went to pick them up... and the safe was 'locked' and I would need to get them the next day. The next day they were finally ready.
No problem with the job done, just the strung me along for almost two weeks!
Never doing business with them again.
