I guess what I liked best about my experience at Jack and Jill was how the atmosphere of the little shop fit in so well with this quaint down home all American community. Talking with the extremely knowledgeable staff is like talking to a family member not a Sales Associate. When I was unsure of my personal preference between items I was never pressured to buy the more expensive item instead I was told of either first hand accounts or the experiences of other customers. All this compassionate attention combined with fabulous prices. I mean come on now its kids stuff does it really have to be brand spanking new to be effective and enjoyed? No! The kid is just going to grow out of it or mess it up eventually anyways. As difficult as it is to balance the stress, emotionally and financially, of parenthood. Jack & Jill became a place I have come to look forward to visiting each week, not just to thumb through any new merchandise but also to bend a sympathetic ear. I can only hope that more Americans with kids in their lives would find value in supporting local well deserving businesses like Jack & Jill rather than giving their money to China through Wally World or Targe`t. The people of Jack and Jill have always been able to help me, and I hope you give them a shot at helping you. I just know you'll become regulars like I have.
