I have been to this salon out in Elk Grove a total of three times in a one month time period. I have been looking for a good hair salon and when I found this salon I called and made an appointment. The receptionist that I spoke with asked the hair dresser how much it would for what I wanted... she told me and I went in to have my hair done. The girls there were very fashionable and it is locally owned so I was excited. My hair looked pretty good and was 75% of what I had asked for. When I was getting my hair done I mentioned the price she quoted me and she agreed that was correct. When I went to pay them they over DOUBLE charged me really almost triple the price I was told. I was unhappy but not much I could do. Within three days my hair color was really washing out and I called them and they said they would redo it at no charge... another girl did my hair and she was awesome but again the product washed out within a couple of days... I am not so smart I went back one more time two weeks later because they said they had a different product... paid again, it also washed out right away. I had gone back because the hair dresser was awesome, but until they change color lines and fix my hair I won't go back. It was a loss for me; hopefully you read this in time. Oh- and this was suppose to be permanent hair color, not temporary.
