Their level of customer service is pathetic and they do not hold to their reservations reliably.\r

I recently flew in to at Oakland airport at 1:30AM. Previous to my flight, I had made a reservation with Super Shuttle to be picked up at 1:30AM and they had taken my credit card info to confirm my pickup. Upon arrival, I followed their instructions and called their phone number, providing the confirmation number. I told the Super Shuttle agent that I had to get my bags and that I would be there in 10-15 minutes for the shuttle ride. Upon getting my bags, I went to the shuttle pick up and was told that their shuttle had just left. I called Super Shuttle to understand when the next shuttle will arrive and they said the shuttle is done for the night and that they could not do anything for me. They were extremely rude and they did not care that they had left me stranded at the airport.\r
