When making my reservations online everything was fine. Once I went to pick up the rental car, that's when the charges came in - when I didn't have the resources to go anywhere else. First you wait forever at the airport for a shuttle to pick you up (semi-normal), however there were additional charge surprises on the pick-up and many more surprises when I returned the car. They even claimed ""oh I can't believe the last salesperson didn't tell you that"" - after they already had my credit card to charge. I warn you DO NOT use Payless!!!
Pros: Online setup was easy.
Cons: Pick-up was a problem.
