These apartments are very attractive; private patios are the main selling point. The unit I live in is well-insulated and well-maintained. The grounds are very attractive and are kept up nicely. Unfortunately, Equity is not able to keep as nice a staff in the leasing office. The staff ranges from incompetent to flat-out surly. The only time I have been treated with anything like civility was the day I applied to rent at Woodland Oaks (paying a sizable deposit). Since then, I have not received even adequate service. Overall, if you can live without care or service, these are attractive, classy apartments. If you need service or property management that will go the extra mile: don't rent here!
