I saw Jennifer because I could not lose the weight I wanted on the diets I was trying. I'm not on a diet anymore. She taught me how to eat so that I could lose weight. The best part is that I'm not starving (like on past diets). I now eat good foods and can still enjoy those ""bad foods"" once in a while. I'm able to maintain my goal weight now and feel great. Jennifer was compassionate and so informative. She was great for support. Thank you so much Jennifer!!!
