I called the Richland Inn to make a reservation. I asked for a room on a specific date wich took the lady almost 60 seconds to decide if they had a room. Then I requested a somking room. She stalled and then told me she was not sure if they would have any smoking rooms but I could make a reservation and take a chance. This is a very unprofessional business. I hesitate to stay there now. If they are this unprofesional about making a reservation I would hate to see what a nights stay there would be like.
