Fancher Appliance put a furnace into my home. They were attentive during the estimate while they were trying to get my business, but a little less attentive once the work was done and I called to get issues resolved. I had issues with the installation, which left my home in a mess, that I am still dealing with more than one year later. They used (and broke) some items of mine without asking, and did not tell me they were using them. They clogged my cellar drain (which hasn't been right since). The furnace works fine. However, their customer service/respect for the customer's property was not what I would have expected from a company that has been in this area for 58 years.
