We had dinner there on Friday night with a 7:30 reservation. Well, we did not get seated until 8:05 and during that time we just stood and waited with as many as 11 others in the small area right inside the door, there by encroching on the 4 top that also happens to be right at the front door. ""THere is no bar or lounge so there was no where to go. No one kept us abreast of why the delay or even bother to offer any of us a glass of wine to make up for this poor service. When we did finallly get a table and after about 15 minutes lets say around 8:20 we had to flag a waitress to get us a glass of wine. No one had been by to offer us anything...I have to tell ya, it was very poor costomer service.
Pros: good location, nice ambiance
Cons: poor service, bad parking, poor planning,why bother with a reservation
