My husband and I went to Loie for brunch on Sunday, and while it wasn't terribly busy, but the service was terrible. First of all, it took a long time to even get water and a menu. Moreover, my quiche arrived ice cold! When I ordered a simple pastry thereafter, it didn't arrive for another half hour, at which time my husband had completely finished his brunch. We had to beg for coffee refills. It was a very bad experience - from customer service to food.
