CFNA HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have requested a paper copy to pay my bill and never received it --- then, i get a voice mail message on my home phone on Saturday morning wanting to transfer me to a voice mail from CFNA. Finally, get into CFNA and tell them i realize my account is past due only because I can't get into their website and they will not send me a bill --- and because I didn't have my account number on hand when i called the 1-800 number, they will not post my account after they took my SSN number over the phone --- then, the customer service supervisor, Janice, hung up the phone with me because I was irate over my account. CFNA has HORRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend their services to anyone. \r
