I've never had the pho here because the buhn (or bun, however you spell it) is the best I have ever had. It's a vermicelli noodle dish with a sweet/sour sauce, topped with bbq pork or imperial rolls. Here, they grill the meat perfectly, and they sprinkle it with deep fried shallots, green onions, peanuts, and vegetables to create an unbelievable meal with amazing tastes and textures.\r

I've ordered the same thing at least 5 times, and my only disappointment was when I made an order for take-out, and they gave me the wrong dish! It was a rice dish with the same bbq pork, but nothing can compare to that #26 buhn.
Pros: BBQ pork buhn
Cons: Haven't tried anything else
