Dear Karin,\r \r As the owner of Mane Event Salon, I apologize for the experience you had. Normally, I do not take on any new clients and time spent in my chair is meant to be enjoyable. Anyone who knows me knows that I treat my clients as if they were a close friend. My staff and clients all know at my salon, we are all friends and we all interact with eachother and our clients. As the owner, it is possible I will answer the phone or help someone with products. I cater to everyone. Based upon my records you were in my chair for a total of two and a half hours, not four. I realize I did place an order, while you were processing might I add, only due to the fact that my rep came by. I have taken your comments to heart and it has been a learning experience for me.
