I was here getting my hair cut and observed the owner and an unhappy client interacting. I don't completely know what the issue was, but the woman was visibly upset, and distraught. She was trying to explain something and all they did was blowdry her already dry hair and then give her hairspray. The owner acted somewhat like a child about it all, as if he has never wrong in his life or something. I heard him say how is the best there is and he wouldn't make her look bad and he kept saying over and over about how she needed her hair cut this way. He kept talking about how much time he spent with her (which increased more than once during it all). He ended up skalking off and another woman was helping her by the end. \r

I wanted to say something to the woman because I agreed her hair didn't look quite right, but it really wasn't my place at the time. Seeing the whole thing unfold really turned me off to the salon and the level of overall service you can expect. Although I was in general happy with my personal experience, this scene will stick in my mind.
Pros: Some of the stylists are nice and professional
Cons: The owner does not seem to understand what a professional is
