The company did not follow through on their communications. Several days elapsed between the time the estimate was done and they decided that they didn't have the staffing to do the job. Instead of calling me to let me know right away, or returning the calls I was making to them, they sent me an email late in the day; which meant I had to start scrambling around at the end of the day, right before a holiday to find new movers. Instead of being able to find a good mover, I had to take whatever I could get. Very poor customer service. more
