First off, the presentation is excellent.. So beautiful.. you cant bear to touch it.. but you will, and the taste is to-die-for. Smooth, fine and they cater to the asian palettes, who may not be into the thick and heavy frosting or cream often found in regular non-asian/ western cakes.
