Service is generally slow, sushi is just so-so fresh.\r

Last time I was in, they forgot part of our order, and left out 1 of 3 main ingredients in another part of it. \r

No one there ever apologized to us, or offered to remake my messed up roll. (The waiter dumped a tiny dish of the missing ingredient on our table and left.) Then they refused to take any charges off the bill. (We just asked them to knock off a dollar or two for the messed-up roll -- a token for our irritations. REFUSED.)\r

Then we were treated to cold, stony stares from the rest of the staff. \r
\r
Did they think we were so clueless about sushi that we'd never miss the missing items? Or were the waiters and the sushi chef all just having a bad night? \r
\r
There were only two other tables seated the entire time we were there, so it wasn't like they were too busy to take care of us . . . \r

We won't be back.
