Careful with this once terrific company. They will leave your carpet soaking wet, send out poor and frighteningly aggressive ""technicians"" who have obviously never heard of the term ""customer service"" and who are not personally clean. This ""technician"" coughed the entire time and informed me that he had been sick for several days (thanks for spreading your germs) and talked on his cell phone the entire time he was ""cleaning"" which is probably why my carpet is soaking wet. The ""technician"" had insufficient supplies, was too overweight to move the furniture back and still put blocks under it, and expected an entire family not to use any furniture that had been moved (it generally is almost ALL moved to clean a carpet for goodness sake) for 24 HOURS! The comment was that everyone could just sit in the kitchen.\r
The owner was not available by phone after 4:30 and did not answer pages when I tried to return a call he made to the wrong number. Bad management!\r
There are plenty of carpet cleaners....so use one of them and stay away from this company.
