I feel that for a $50+ hair cut, I should have received more than what I did. My haircut was awful. I explained what I wanted very clearly and made sure of this because I have had bad experiences in the past. I walked in only to find that a hair stylist that I had encountered bad experiences with in the past (and gave me the worst and most traumatizing haircut experience of my life) is now working at Villagio. My appointment was scheduled with her and I was not aware that this was the same person. I reluctantly sat down in her chair and thought maybe this time would be better. Wrong. For stylists that charge this much, I feel that a scalp massage should also be offered. My hair cut turned out horrible and I will never go back. I called to express that I am disatisfied with my haircut and no one even returned my call. I agree with another person here who said that once they get your money, that's all they care about. They won't be getting anymore of my money-EVER. I'm very upset about my experience there.
