Last night my family ordered $53.00 worth of food from the Orchid of Hawaii. When my brother brought the food back home we noticed the beef teriyaki was missing. My brother called the Orchid back and informed them that we were missing one of the items and they hung up on him. When I called back and spoke to the manager he said ""my employee said she put the beef teriyaki in the back, I have to trust my employee"" and refused to provide us with the order we paid for. I understand that the restaurant has to protect itself from people that tell lies and steal but I am neither and should have been treated with respect. What ever happened to the customer is always right?\r
