The food is great and the portions generous... But the wait staff ignores customers, before, during, and after the meal! We've been there three times and the service is consistenty bad; not just to us but to many other customers. We've even had a waitress leave work without turning our table over to another waitress! We'll still go there for the food...if we have lots of time to spare and don't mind getting our own drinks; otherwise we've found a new NY-style deli.
